An exquisite rifle by Ralph Martini and Martin Hagn!
I'm often asked who's the best gunmaker today. It's an impossible question to answer, but I oten respond with a list of three or four that I believe consistantly produce the finest guns available, and Ralph Martini is always on that list. And Martin Hagn taught Ralph much of what he knows about fine gunmaking. 
This rifle is a perfect example of the type of work these two craftsmen have come to be known for. 
The half-octogon barrel features an integral full rib with a raised quarter rib and front sight base.
The Obendorf Mauser action has been meticulously polished and smoothed up. A two-position side lever safety has beed added as well as custom bottom metal.
The stock work is all perfectly executed, from the wrap-around checkering, to the pancake cheekpiece, to the perfect wood-to-metal fit.
The metal work remains in perfect condition. There's a few very minor marks in the stock. The recoil pad is a bit smooshed from sitting too long in a gunsafe, which is where the rifle has spent most of its life.
